The Concordia University Department of Music is¬Ýproud to present Improvised Musical Journeys ¬‚ A Concert for Voice and¬ÝGuitar, with Jeri Brown & Roddy Ellias. The concert will take place at the¬ÝOscar Peterson Concert Hall (7141 Sherbrooke Street West) on March 11, 2009¬Ýat 8:00 p.m.

Internationally acclaimed jazz vocal artist Jeri Brown teams up with poetic¬Ýguitarist Roddy Ellias for the first time in a long overdue collaboration of¬Ýimprovised musical journeys. Repertoire will be drawn from compositions of¬Ýcontemporary composers, songs from the great American songbook as well as¬Ýoriginal compositions. Sound designer Mark Corwin will record the concert¬Ýfor future CD release.
