  • Conn-Selmer had better be holding a "FIRST ANNUAL DEALER SUMMIT". With projected sales for the year down 15%-20%. Not being able to fill student line horn orders with their inexpensive Chinese horns. A ongoing labor strike in their Elkhart In. plant. Employees stealing inventory and a work force that holds contempt for management because of the tactics employed during the strike. Steinway CEO Dana Messina seems to have his work cut out for himself, and his co- hosting of the event underscores the seriousness of his problems.
