LSM Opera Weekend in Toronto
to benefit La Scena Musicale

Join La Scena Musicale in an opera weekend in Toronto on April 20 and 21 to see two operas over two nights presented by the Canadian Opera Company. Handel's Giulio Cesare (April 21 matinee) with the star-studded cast of Ewa Podles, Isabel Bayrakdarian, Daniel Taylor, Marie-Nicole Lemieux and Brian Azawa will be one of the highlights of the operatic season in Canada. On the evening of April 20, the COC will present Mussorgsky's monumental opera Boris Godunov. Don't miss this unforgettable weekend.

All funds raised from this activity will go towards the non-profit activities of La Scena Musicale.

Cost:
Two packages are available (Travel from Montreal):

Bus** + Hotel*: $150 + taxes = $172.53

Bus Only**: $80 + taxes = $92.02

Train + Hotel*: $216 + taxes = $248.45

* double occupancy. Hotel: Sheraton Center Hotel - Downtown (4 stars rating)
** a minimum of 30 passengers is required.

Please note that meals are not included.

Opera Fans from Toronto or another city can choose to buy just the tickets.

Participants may purchase tickets for one or both operas.

1 to 1:30 p.m. Arrives in Toronto directly to Hotel. Hotel check in

8 p.m. Opera: Boris Godunov (Hummingbird Centre)

Sunday, April 21

2 p.m. Opera: Handel's Julius Cesare (Hummingbird Centre)

6 p.m. Return to Montreal

12 p.m. Arrives in Montreal


Train

Saturday, April 20

7 a.m. Leaves Montreal

11:29 a.m. Arrives in Toronto Central Station
        Transportation to Hotel at your expense

8 p.m. Opera: Boris Godunov (Hummingbird Centre)

Sunday, April 21


2 p.m. Opera: Handel's Julius Cesare (Hummingbird Centre)

6:10 p.m. Train leaves Toronto for Montreal

11:25 p.m. Arrival in Montreal.
